The Super Tiny Dialer™ is a single line, line powered dialer (no external power or batteries required). Simply connect it in-series with one or many phones (or a phone system), dial a code you program (like ##), and it dials the pre-programmed phone number. For long distance use, you'd program it with the PIC code (like 1010288 for AT&T), or other access number for the Long Distance Company you're using.
Use the Super Tiny Dialer™ to dial any phone number you program, by dialing any activation code you choose yourself. It's great for speed dialing a long number like an employee's beeper, when you dial a simple trigger code, like **1.
The Super Tiny Dialer™ can also be used as a Hot Dialer... It can automatically dial a number as soon as the handset is lifted. Works great with our no-dial phones for calling taxis, 911, customer service etc. When used as a Hot Dialer, it does not dial the programmed number on incoming calls.
One of the most popular uses for the Super Tiny Dialer™ is to dial *67 automatically as soon as you go off-hook, which will block Caller ID from being sent with every call. The person on the other end will see "PRIVATE" or "UNAVAILABLE."
The Super Tiny Dialer™ has Fraud Prevention built-in, which prevents dialing with hand-held DTMF devices that fit over the transmitter (mic) on a telephone handset. There are also timers that let you prevent someone from hookflashing quickly and dialing a number themselves (requires proper programming of several options).
It's easily installed in-series with the phone line using a modular jack. Password protected programming is done via DTMF from a connected phone, or over the phone line from a remote location. Programming of this device should be done by experienced technicians. We don't offer end-user programming support.

Just Plug it In!
Use our Modular Jack to Modular Plug Adapters to make installing a Super Tiny Dialer Hot Dialer inside a phone, a snap.
The idea is to use the old modular jack, which plugs into the Super Tiny Dialer, and a new Modular Adapter Jack (same type as the old one) to plug into the other side of the Super Tiny Dialer:
The end result is that the dial tone goes into the 623 jack, through the Super Tiny Dialer, and into the network of the phone:
- Remove the physical 623 jack from the housing or base of the phone, but don't remove the wires!
- Place the correct type of 623 Jack to Modular Plug Adapter in the housing or base (check the tiny 623-X number molded or stamped in a small cavity on the original jack - Click HERE to see a sample jack model number)
- Insert the modular plug from the 623 to Modular Adapter into the phone line side of the Super Tiny Dialer.
- Insert the short modular cord (included with the Super Tiny Dialer) into the telephone side of the Super Tiny Dialer.
- Insert the other end of the short modular cord into the old 623 jack (that's still attached to the network of the phone).
- For a wall phone (2554 - with the sliding jack), see the 523 Adapter instructions below.
There's no soldering, no figuring out where the wires go. It's all Modular!
It's just plain QUICK & Easy!
For some phones, you may have to remove the case (box) from the Super Tiny Dialer, and install it in the phone with double stick tape (make sure the tape covers the entire bottom of the circuit board so there are no shorts).

523 to MODULAR DIALER ADAPTER KIT
The 523 is the sliding plug in the back of a standard 2554 wall phone.
Putting a dialer inside a 2554 wall phone is a little different
than putting it in a desk phone, since the original 523 jack
won't plug into a regular modular jack on a dialer.Kit includes a 623-K modular jack (which replaces the original 523).
To use this kit:
- Remove and discard the original 523 sliding plug (note where the two or four wires went inside the phone).
- Insert the spade lugs from the included 623-K jack into the 2554's network, in the same positions as the wires you removed from the 523 jack (you may have to solder the wires to the circuit board in the phone, if the 523 wasn't attached with spade lugs).
- Attach the 523 to Modular Adapter in the slot on the back of the phone.
- Insert the modular plug from the 523 to Modular Adapter into the phone line side of the Super Tiny Dialer.
- Insert the short modular cord (included with the Super Tiny Dialer) into the telephone side of the Super Tiny Dialer.
- Insert the other end of the short modular cord into the 623-K jack.
The end result is that the dial tone goes into the 523 plug, through the Super Tiny Dialer, and into the network of the phone.
If the 523 is attached to the phone with spade lugs, no soldering is necessary.

When the Priority Phone goes off-hook, the Priority Line Grabber™ hangs-up the line for a couple of seconds to get rid of any existing call, and then gives the Priority Phone a new dial tone. The Non-Priority Phone will be dead while the Priority Phone is in-use.
If the Priority Phone doesn’t have a dial, you’ll need a Super Tiny Dialer™ to automatically dial a phone number when the Priority Phone goes off-hook. You may have to add a pause or two at the beginning of the number you program into the dialer.
The Priority Line Grabber™ has a Dry Closure (low voltage, low current relay contacts) to allow you to set off a light, bell, siren or alarm to notify someone that the Priority Phone is being used.

The 2 Button Super Tiny Dialer is a single line, line powered dialer (no external power or batteries required). Simply connect it in-series with a telephone (with or without a dial), short one of the two contacts, and it dials the pre-programmed phone number.
Use the 2 Button Super Tiny Dialer to dial one or two numbers by pushing a button (not included). This is handy for taxi, hotel, or other types of courtesy or emergency phones where you don't want to use a regular no-button Hot Dialer because the user would need to dial one of two different numbers.

GROUND START POWER FAIL PHONE
Ground Start Power Fail Phone
Go off-hook, push the button on the phone,
and it ground starts the line to get dial tone.
Neon Lamp lets you see which phone is ringing,
if you have several phones side-by-side.
Incoming calls are answered normally when the phone rings and the neon lamp lights.
Ringer on-off switch (on the bottom of the phone) lets you leave the phone plugged in all the time, and turn the ringer on only during a power failure. The Ground Start Power Failure Phone has a regular mechanical bell ringer.

This dialer is made for Airport and Hotel Courtesy Phones. Use any standard single line phone with a dial with your board that lists taxis, hotels, bus companies or airlines, with speed dial numbers *00 through *99 for each of your customers.

Many music players let you make categories for songs which you can use to sort your speed dial numbers, and they allow you to hit the first letter of the name of the file to find a particular tune (speed dial number in this case!).

If you have a 256 Meg MP3 Player, which is about the smallest you can get today, you could store 2,500 of the wav files like the one above (which is around 90K). A 2500 number speed dialer that fits in the palm of your hand, and sits nicely next to the phone on your desk!
If you had a Handset Audio Feeder™, you just play that wav file (recording of the digits) from your computer or audio player, and it will dial the number in the recording. Again, to make an audio recording of the dialing, you'll need our Deluxe Handset Recording Adapter to record the dialing to sound files on your computer (and then transfer them to your MP3 player, if desired).
To play back a sales pitch or greeting (to save your voice!), you'll need the Deluxe Handset Recording Adapter attached to the handset jack of your phone to record yourself. You only need it while you're recording what you want to say, so you only need one per office if that's what you're using it for. That will let you use the sound recorder application that came with your computer to record the sales pitch.
By using the same handset or headset as you do on normal calls, the recording you make will sound like you're speaking live when you play that recording to the person on the phone. If you use a computer microphone or regular tape recorder to record the sales pitch, it won't match - and it will sound silly.
Notice that it sounds like Mike is talking on the phone, so if he clicks PLAY on his PC wav player, the caller wouldn't know the greeting was recorded. That would be very handy if you have to repeat a long sales pitch numerous times every day!
Because the Handset Audio Feeder™ connects to the handset cord (not the wall jack), it will feed audio into almost any phone made (with a dial in the base), including electronic, digital and VoIP phones (since the handset cord is always analog audio). It won't work with cordless phones or Trimline type phones with the dial-in-handset (the handset cord on those phones don't contain the same signals as a regular phone).
To send or receive audio to cordless and Trimline type dial-in-handset phones, use our Phone Line Audio Coupler, that connects directly to an analog phone line or station port (instead of to the handset jack).
You can send almost any audio through the handset on your phone! To play the audio from a PC or PA system through your phone's handset, all of the audio sent to the 3.5mm Stereo Cord will be heard by the person on the other end of the call. Connect it to the headset jack on a tape recorder, Line Out or Speaker Out on a PC sound card, or a 600 ohm line level output on a PA amplifier (don't connect it to a 70V speaker line output, but it will probably work OK on an 8 ohm speaker output).
There is no volume control on the Handset Audio Feeder™, so you'll need to adjust the volume on your computer or audio player for best match. There is a switch on the Handset Audio Feeder™ that allows you to turn on or off the audio feed from your PC, so the caller won't hear You've Got Mail or other sounds that normally play on your PC.
Because the Handset Audio Feeder™ is transformer isolated, it will prevent hum and distortion in the audio being sent from your computer or audio player.
NOTES:
The Handset Audio Feeder™ only sends the LEFT channel to the phone. This shouldn't matter in most cases, but you may have to switch the computer or audio player to MONO in your particular application. You can place a special order for a Handset Audio Feeder™ that sends a mono signal from both the LEFT and RIGHT channels to your handset, but if you plug it into your PC with the included Stereo Y Adapter, you'll always hear a MONO signal from the PC's speakers - that are also plugged into the Stereo Y Adapter.
Some VoIP phones don't have sidetone (you can't hear your own voice in the receiver while you're speaking), in which case you won't hear the audio that's going down the phone line (but they will hear it on the other end of the call).

When using the Ultimate Call Handler as a WATS Extender or during programming, you are prompted with beeps. There are no voice prompts (to prevent hackers from accessing your line), so you'll have to use the Ultimate Call Handler for a day or two to get used to its operation. A "technically challenged" person may never be able to use the Ultimate Call Handler.
Callers who are simply being transferred or diverted won't hear any beeps or have to enter anything, they'll just be transferred like they were calling the second number directly. Pick up the line and dial your phone number. If it's a local call, or any area code that you dial often, just dial the 7 digit phone number. The Area Code Dialer will listen for the 7 digit number, hang-up for a moment, and then redial the phone number with 1 plus the Area Code - or just the Area Code added to the 7 digit number you dialed.
It all happens a moment after you're done dialing the 7 digits!
The Area Code Dialer ignores all other numbers: 10 or 11 digits, 3 digits (like 911), or 1 digit (like the Operator). It will only add the area code you need to a 7 digit number.

Automatic LONG DISTANCE REDIALER

The Automatic Long Distance Dialer™ (Redialer) is a single line, line powered dialer (no external power or batteries required).
The Long Distance Redialer™ is designed to let a user dial a phone number, which is then automatically modified based on the rules you've programmed into the dialer.
The most popular example, hardly ever used these days due to cheap flat-rate long distance, is using a long distance service which requires the user to dial an 800 number for the service, a PIN (account) number, and then the long distance phone number (still used for Calling Cards today).
With the Long Distance Redialer™, the user would simply pick up a phone and dial a long distance number, like 1-630-999-9999. The Long Distance Redialer™ would be programmed to redirect all calls that started with a 1 (long distance). The user would hear a few seconds of silence as the number he dialed is modified, and dialed out.
The Long Distance Redialer™ would hang up for a second (to get new dial tone) after the user finished dialing the 11 digits, wait a second for dial tone, dial 1-800-911-1111, wait a couple of seconds, dial 123456 (the PIN number), wait a second, and dial the original number the user dialed (that was temporarily stored in memory), 1-630-999-9999.
It can listen for any combination of digits dialed (up to 16), and when recognized hang up the line for a moment and dial a pre-programmed number associated with those digits. The user is split from the line after the digits are recognized and the programmed number is dialed (he doesn't hear the re-dial process).
All call timings are programmable (on and off-hook, DTMF duration etc.). It's also compatible with PBX and Centrex lines.
Sick of dialing 1+ the local area code? One neat application is to automatically add an area code to a 7 digit number! It accepts the 7 digits, hangs up, and then dials out putting 1 and an area code on the front of the 7 digit number you dialed. Or just have the Long Distance Redialer™ add a PIC code (like 1010288 for AT&T) to the beginning of every long distance number dialed.
It's easily installed in-series with the phone line using a modular jack. Several password protected programming methods are available, including remote or on-site programming via DTMF phone. Programming of this device should only be done by experienced technicians.
NOTE: When the Automatic Long Distance Redialer hangs-up the line so it can dial the modified phone number, the loop current to the phone system will be interrupted momentarily. Some phone systems could interpret that "open" as a CPC signal, and disconnect the caller from the trunk they're making the call on. Most phone systems won't drop the call, since the user is still off-hook on their phone. This isn't an issue when using a regular telephone connected directly to the phone line.
Use our PC Grabber Deluxe Model 3 for programming multiple dialers with the same or similar numbers, automatically. Just write a script, then play it into the dialer (on-site or remotely).
ANOTHER NOTE: Because the Long Distance Redialer™ requires complicated programming from a rather cryptic programming guide, and we don't offer programming support, we only sell this Dialer to dealers or phone men who have programmed other long distance dialers (like the Mitel Smart Dialer, below). If you've told everybody not to dial 411 for Information or Directory Assistance, and they're still doing it and costing you a bundle, it's time to put a stop to it.
The 411 Blocker™ is a single line, line powered dialer (no external power or batteries required). Simply connect it in-series with one or many phones (or a phone system) on a telephone line, and it sends the call to 0 (the Operator) if someone dials 411. Luckily, Operator is still a free call (for a while?).
You can program the 411 Blocker™ to send calls to a number other than the Operator if you'd like, by programming the number that the 411 Blocker™ dials with a regular touch tone phone. Programming is password protected.
The 411 Blocker™ will prevent casual abuse of 411, which could cost well over $1 a call. Users will still be able to dial Long-Distance Information (like 1-630-555-1212), or local information by dialing 555 or 555-1212. It would also allow 1-411, if that works in your particular area for Information.
The only number the 411 Blocker™ blocks is 411. All other numbers will go through normally.

NOTE: When the 411 Blocker™ hangs-up the line so it can dial 0 (Operator), the loop current to the phone system will be interrupted momentarily. Some phone systems could interpret that "open" as a CPC signal, and disconnect the caller from the trunk they're making the call on. Most phone systems won't drop the call, since the user is still off-hook on their phone. If the phone system does drop the call, the 411 call will simply be restricted, instead of being diverted to 0 (the Operator). This isn't an issue when using a regular telephone connected directly to the phone line.

The 911 Blocker™ is a single line, line powered dialer (no external power or batteries required). Simply connect it in-series with one or many phones (or a phone system) on a telephone line, and it sends the call to 0 (the Operator) if someone dials 911. You should probably check to see if an Operator really answers when you dial 0 from your particular phone line (they might be answering in India after 20 rings).
Prevent 911 Hangups!
In some communities, the Police may threaten to arrest you for making too many accidental calls to 911. The cost of the 911 Blocker™ is a lot less than even a half hour of your attorney's time, to say nothing of the bond to get out of jail, or a fine.
For some reason, a lot of the 911 hang-ups are from fax machines. If you have that problem, the 911 Blocker™ might be a good idea for your fax line.
You can program the 911 Blocker™ to send calls to a number other than the Operator if you'd like (like the local non-emergency Police number), by programming the number that the 911 Blocker™ dials with a regular touch tone phone. Programming is password protected.
The only number the 911 Blocker™ blocks (or diverts) is 911. All other numbers will go through normally.

If your community doesn't have 911 service, and you send 911 calls to the regular (seven digit) Emergency phone number, be sure the local Police Department has Caller ID on their lines. At least they'll be able to tell what phone number you're calling from. If your Police Department doesn't have Caller ID equipment on their Emergency lines, we carry a fairly inexpensive device that will show the Caller ID for up to 8 phone lines on a computer screen, while logging all of the calls to a flat file on the PC. It's perfect for smaller Police Departments without the budget for E911 equipment. The Caller ID device works on regular phone lines and 911 phone lines, but not E911 lines (Enhanced 911), which use a different technology.

Our Toll Restrictors look like a standard jack, but all phones connected to that "jack" will be limited to dialing numbers that are programmed to be allowed by the Toll Restrictor.
Our Toll Restrictors are line powered. No external power supply is necessary. They have a non-volatile memory that retains all programming, even if the Toll Restrictor is disconnected from the line.
If you want to restrict more than one phone on a single line, put the Surface Mount version in the phone room, and connect all of the station cables (phones) to it. It will also work in-front of a phone system to restrict a particular CO line, or on an analog station port to restrict a single line extension on the system.
These devices require experience in programming toll restriction and allowed tables. They are programmed from any touch tone phone connected to the unit.
The concept behind our Toll Restrictors, which use an "allowed list," is that you limit the number of digits that can be dialed to make a call. If you want to allow only local 7 digit calls (default), you would restrict the number of digits dialed to 7 digits. If you then want to allow calls to one nearby area code, lets say 1-630, you would program 1630 into the allowed table. Then users would be able to dial any numbers following 1-630, but would otherwise be limited to 7 digits.
You could allow any number in a particular area and exchange code, like 1-630-980, by programming 1630980 into the allowed table. In the same manner, you could limit the number of digits to 6, and then allow 16309807710 to permit the user to dial only one phone number.
This Toll Restrictor does not have a "restrict table". You can't simply give it a list of phone numbers that you want to restrict, and allow everything else. It only has an allowed table, that's limited to 200 digits (1-630 is 4 digits).

Electronic Gray Plastic Dial replaces the dial in most standard single line 2500 and 2554 sets.
It also works in 2564 1A2 sets.
NOTE: This dial does not work in 2565 sets, or other 1A2 sets made to work with a speakerphone, since those dials have extra contacts for muting the speakerphone while dialing, and have more wires.
This dial should be installed by an experienced telephone man, since it will be necessary to determine the placement of the wires in the phone from both the print that comes with the dial, and the print for the particular telephone (not included). It's not plug and play.
